In work package 3 Climate change and biosecurity of Aquaculture, PhD Student, Tran Thi Kim Chi, and project research staffs organized the fieldtrips to Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and Nghe An to collect disease and environment samples.
To be more specific, the project staffs collected the environment (temperature, salinity and pH) samples as well as the disease sample in white leg shrimp in Quang Ninh and Nghe An and sample in marine fish in Cat Ba, Hai Phong.
      The collection data will be analyzed and studied in laboratory. Based on that study, a report on “Biodiversity of fish pathogens in fish and shrimp” will be finalized in the beginning of 2014.
