At the meeting, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, Mr.Tran Viet Thanh said that the cooperation program between Vietnam - Denmark has attracted great attention of the scientific and technological communities Vietnam. This confirms the importance of the program for the scientific content as well as the role of science and technology in addressing issues of national importance such as climate change.

Under the Research Cooperation Program, said H.E Ambassador John Nielsen, Denmark wishes to expand new cooperation program with Vietnam. Specifically, the expansion of cooperation should focus on areas such as green growth, new energy, especially cooperation in research, finding new solutions to help Vietnam cope with the negative impacts of climate change most effectively. Also in this meeting, it is confirmed that the selection of Science & Technology as one of the main factor in the cooperation program between the two countries is consistent with the context, the level and needs of both Vietnam and Denmark, especially when the Government of Vietnam Men identified science and technology is a breakthrough solution for Vietnam to develop rapidly in the next 10 years.

Participating this annual review meeting, ICA Project had a presentation relating to Project Progress and Budget Disbursement in 2012. This presentation attracted a lot of attention from Senior Technical Advisor Consultative Research Committee for Development Research, Henrik Secher Marcussen and other scientist.
